Legal status:

The Association de facto Amicale des Pêcheurs de la Lomme et de la Lesse was founded in 1933.

In 1973, the activities and assets of this de facto association were transferred to a newly created non-profit association.

Following a general meeting of 12 active members, held on November 12, 2004, the new statutes (conforming to the Law of May 2, 2002) were published in the annexes of the Belgian Official Gazette of December 23, 2004.

The non-profit association Comité Royal de l'Amicale des Pêcheurs de la Lomme et de la Lesse - abbreviated as CRAPLL - is registered under company number 413050546;

Since 2018, the registered office of the association has been established at 5580 Han-sur-Lesse (Rochefort), rue de Rochamps, 55 (judicial district Namur-Dinant).

Goals:

make or maintain available to all contributing fishermen (members) fishing routes located mainly on the territory of the city of Rochefort and incidentally on the territories of the entire Lomme and Lesse watershed.
protect the rights of anglers.
suppress poaching and repopulate our rivers.
ensure the conservation of water and its purity.

Management:

The association is managed by an administrative body made up of six directors, including 5 appointed from among the effective members gathered in a general meeting and only 1 (Mr. JY Antoine), appointed by the town of Rochefort.

On March 20, 2021, the general meeting of full members decided, unanimously, to entrust the daily management of the association to three administrators, namely Messrs. RAPS Nicolas, WINDAL Benjamin and DE LAMPER Henri, who act collectively with a view to total transparency, who regularly report on their activities to the assembly of full members and who are, in this context, the sole agents of the association's bank accounts.

Lomme-Lesse Central Routes (card at 100€)

An almost linear 18 km between Jemelle and Lessive

Lomme et Lesse - White and mixed waters

Sectors with diet: All Fisheries, Heritage – No Kill and Fly

Convention route – Royal Donation (100€ card)

16 km located in the territories of Rochefort and Houyet

Lesse and Wimbe – White and mixed waters

Sectors with regime: All fishing, Patrimonial – No Kill and Fly

Route Haute Lesse Ardennaise – Mohimont (card at 50€)

3 km on a forest property between Wellin, Daverdisse and Libin.

Haute Lesse – Whitewater

Sector with Patrimonial scheme – No Kill

** Possibility of day passes in NO KILL at 15€ on our 3 routes

**Children under 16 accompanying an adult holding a fishing permit from our ASBL do not pay. The catch quota is limited to that of the holder.
